Our policy lasts 5 days after you receive your order. If 5 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot offer refunds on shipping, courier costs, or courier related delays. If a package is lost, missing, or your item arrives damaged, we will send you a new item immediately free of charge.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you send your item back to the manufacturer we will not be able to offer you a refund.
To return an item to us, please send us an email to email@example.com notifying us of your return.
Need a different size? If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we allow you to keep your original item, and we'll send you a new one for a $15 courier fee. We've found this is the best way to make sure our customers aren't waiting weeks for us to receive their returned item, inspect it, and send you a new size.
We can only offer exchanges for the original item that was ordered.
We do not charge customers a restocking fee for items exchanged.
Exchanges can only be done once per order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We cannot refund or return any previously exchanged items.
