FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Following is our FAQs list. Please read these before reaching out to us for any questions.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Our products comes from many sources and suppliers, from U.S.A, Singapore, to China. Therefore, shipping times will be varied depending on where you live.
Please allow a 2-5 day processing time for your order the following shipping times:
U.S.A. & Australia: 2-3 weeks
Canada & France: 3-4 weeks.

WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
If you ordered multiple items they may be dispatched separately. Since we source our products from multiple suppliers directly, and thus pass the savings on to you, you may receive your items in separate packages, but rest assured, they are on their way!

WHY WAS I SENT MULTIPLE TRACKING NUMBERS? 
If you ordered multiple products, please note that you may receive several packages as our suppliers are worldwide and some of our items are shipping from different locations. 

FREE SHIPPING AND REGISTERED SHIPPING?
We source our products directly from suppliers, thus we can cut costs and provide you with free shipping. However, this saving comes with trade-off. With our free shipping service, our orders may take longer to arrive since the manufacturer determines the shipping method. Free shipping starts on orders over $15 Worldwide. 

WHERE’S MY ORDER?
In most cases, your order will reach your shipping address within three weeks. However, there are rare cases when the item reach you after more than 30 days. If this happens, please contact us at support@bohowildboutique.com and we will investigate your order.

HOW DO I RETURN/REFUND/REORDER?
We rarely send the wrong package, but mistake happens sometimes. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy.

WHAT IS YOUR SIZING? DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART? 
Since we source our products from many different suppliers, our sizing may vary across products. Most of our clothing and other items will have sizing on the product page and you can use this sizing chart to compare to your personal sizing.

DO YOU OFFER PAYPAL? 
We offer Paypal, as well as Stripe which is a secure payment gateway that ensures buyer protection and provides payment guarantees while never keeping any credit card information on file.
We also use Shopify as our platform which uses secure SSL encryption and never hosts scam sites (yuck!).
